This can be a bank, private financer, credit union or now more commonly an online lender.<\/p><p>&nbsp;The lender will provide the money needed to purchase or refinance the real estate and in exchange, they will set a term, amount the borrower needs to repay and the interest.&nbsp;<\/p><p>The loan is then secured against the real estate if the borrower fails to repay the
